Michael Lambrix

Michael moved to Wilmington in 1998 after enjoying his career as a police lieutenant in Northern California.  Operating three successful businesses in Historic downtown Wilmington allowed him to really appreciate the community diversity, uniqueness and friendly atmosphere of one of the most beautiful cities on the East coast.  Although he enjoys gardening and cooking in his off time, his true passion is working with clients to locate the perfect home of their dreams. 

Whether buying or selling, Michael focuses on relating to his client’s desires and providing them with a process that is effortless, stress free and “fun” at all times.
